Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,634 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PABPC1P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Obsolete ncRNA transcription, and rRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with PABPC1P9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1P9-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1P9 results are reported.
