Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PABPC1P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PABPC1P9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher PABPC1P9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PABPC1P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRP, PAAD, and OV are the cancer types where PABPC1P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
