Across TCGA cell cohorts, PABPC1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,915 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are STK36, AGAP6, and SAPCD1. Each is linked with PABPC1L in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1L-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1L results are reported.
