PAAF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,297 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF3B2, PPME1, and CLNS1A. Each is linked with PAAF1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAAF1-to-partner and partner-to-PAAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAAF1 versus SF3B2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
