PAAF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,950 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRE11, PPME1, and NUMA1. Each is linked with PAAF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAAF1-to-partner and partner-to-PAAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAAF1 versus MRE11 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
