Across TCGA patient cohorts, PA2G4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,514 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PA2G4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Ribosomal large subunit assembly. Each is linked with PA2G4P1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PA2G4P1-to-partner and partner-to-PA2G4P1 results are reported.
