Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PA2G4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,441 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PA2G4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHMT2, LHFPL6, and ATP5F1B. Each is linked with PA2G4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PA2G4-to-partner and partner-to-PA2G4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PA2G4 versus SHMT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PA2G4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PA2G4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
