Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HTM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P4HTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL9, CIR1P3, and ST13P21. Each is linked with P4HTM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HTM-to-partner and partner-to-P4HTM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL9 grouped by P4HTM-low versus P4HTM-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
