P4HA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,440 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS1, THBS2, and LOXL2. Each is linked with P4HA3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HA3-to-partner and partner-to-P4HA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P4HA3 versus THBS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
