P3H4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,907 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P3H4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP10, P3H3, and HEXIM1. Each is linked with P3H4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H4-to-partner and partner-to-P3H4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P3H4 versus FKBP10 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P3H4→partner) and Y-score (partner→P3H4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
