Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,101 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P3H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN1, GFPT2, and LOXL2. Each is linked with P3H4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H4-to-partner and partner-to-P3H4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P3H4 versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P3H4→partner) and Y-score (partner→P3H4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
