Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P3H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP442, RNU6-751P, and MIR190B. Each is linked with P3H4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H4-to-partner and partner-to-P3H4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP442 grouped by P3H4-low versus P3H4-high in COAD.
