Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P3H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, PRAS40_pT246, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with P3H4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H4-to-partner and partner-to-P3H4 results are reported.
