P3H3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,705 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P3H3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H4, MMP2, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with P3H3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H3-to-partner and partner-to-P3H3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P3H3 versus P3H4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P3H3→partner) and Y-score (partner→P3H3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
