Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,617 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P3H3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN4, PCOLCE, and ASPN. Each is linked with P3H3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H3-to-partner and partner-to-P3H3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P3H3 versus CCN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P3H3→partner) and Y-score (partner→P3H3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
