Across TCGA cell cohorts, P3H3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,348 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P3H3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Collagen biosynthetic process, Action potential propagation, and AMPA glutamate receptor clustering. Each is linked with P3H3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H3-to-partner and partner-to-P3H3 results are reported.
