Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,324 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P3H2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHNAK_S135, GNAI1, and MYO1C. Each is linked with P3H2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H2-to-partner and partner-to-P3H2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P3H2 versus AHNAK_S135 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P3H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→P3H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
