P2RY2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,560 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCDH1, BCAS1, and FAM83H. Each is linked with P2RY2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY2-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RY2 versus PCDH1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
