Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P2RY14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated P2RY14 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher P2RY14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P2RY14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC are the cancer types where P2RY14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
