P2RY14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,444 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12C, GIMAP7, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with P2RY14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY14-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RY14 versus PPP1R12C in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY14→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
