P2RY14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, FoxM1, and Heregulin. Each is linked with P2RY14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY14-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by P2RY14-low versus P2RY14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY14→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
