P2RY12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,917 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTN1, EVL, and IL16. Each is linked with P2RY12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY12-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RY12 versus RTN1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY12→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
