Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,335 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P2RY12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTA2, MED27, and ZMYND19. Each is linked with P2RY12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY12-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 grouped by P2RY12-low versus P2RY12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY12→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
