Across TCGA cell cohorts, P2RY12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,267 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytoplasmic translational initiation, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Positive regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with P2RY12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY12-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY12 results are reported.
