The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher P2RY11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P2RY11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, CHOL, and SKCM are the cancer types where P2RY11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
