P2RY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,984 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUFM, RPS27L, and COBLL1_S305. Each is linked with P2RY1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY1-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RY1 versus TUFM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
