Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,201 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBP6, NELL2, and FGFR3. Each is linked with P2RY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY1-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RY1 versus GBP6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
