P2RY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4450, LINC01385, and MTND1P6. Each is linked with P2RY1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY1-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4450 grouped by P2RY1-low versus P2RY1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
