Across TCGA cell cohorts, P2RY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,653 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of penile erection, Positive regulation of penile erection, and Regulation of neurotransmitter secretion. Each is linked with P2RY1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY1-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY1 results are reported.
