Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P2RX7 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated P2RX7 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher P2RX7 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P2RX7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

GBM, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where P2RX7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
