P2RX7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,117 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APBB1IP, DOCK10, and ITGAL. Each is linked with P2RX7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX7-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RX7 versus APBB1IP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
