P2RX7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,780 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGDS, FGD2, and CCDC141. Each is linked with P2RX7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX7-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RX7 versus PTGDS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
