P2RX7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Notch1, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with P2RX7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX7-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by P2RX7-low versus P2RX7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
