P2RX7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, P2RX7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,491 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to acid chemical, Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, and Maintenance of protein localization in organelle. Each is linked with P2RX7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX7-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to acid chemical grouped by P2RX7-low versus P2RX7-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
