Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P2RX6P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated P2RX6P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher P2RX6P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P2RX6P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and ESCA show a favorable association.

BRCA, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where P2RX6P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
