Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P2RX4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated P2RX4 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher P2RX4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P2RX4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, KIRP, and BRCA are the cancer types where P2RX4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
