Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P2RX1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated P2RX1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher P2RX1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P2RX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where P2RX1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
