P2RX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZAP70, ARHGAP30, and GRAP2. Each is linked with P2RX1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX1-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RX1 versus ZAP70 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
