Across TCGA cell cohorts, P2RX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,071 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with P2RX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX1-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX1 results are reported.
