P2RX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, P2RX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRA1A, C20orf85, and OR10K2. Each is linked with P2RX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX1-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADRA1A grouped by P2RX1-low versus P2RX1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
