OXT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-471P, MIR495, and OR4A48P. Each is linked with OXT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXT-to-partner and partner-to-OXT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-471P grouped by OXT-low versus OXT-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXT→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
