OXSM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXSM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,700 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOP2A, PLK4, and RACGAP1. Each is linked with OXSM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSM-to-partner and partner-to-OXSM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXSM versus TOP2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXSM→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXSM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
