OXSM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXSM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,216 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSM-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2CP4, RN7SL440P, and IGHD1-26. Each is linked with OXSM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSM-to-partner and partner-to-OXSM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2CP4 grouped by OXSM-low versus OXSM-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXSM→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXSM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
