Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,638 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD12, RNU7-84P, and ODC1. Each is linked with OXR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXR1 versus SAMD12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
