OXGR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,866 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXGR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, UPP1, and ADD2_S592. Each is linked with OXGR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXGR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXGR1 versus POGZ in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
