OXER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 701 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6131, UBE2V1P6, and RN7SL26P. Each is linked with OXER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXER1-to-partner and partner-to-OXER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6131 grouped by OXER1-low versus OXER1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
