Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,256 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OXER1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with OXER1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXER1-to-partner and partner-to-OXER1 results are reported.
