OXER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, FOXR2, and LCE1F. Each is linked with OXER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXER1-to-partner and partner-to-OXER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GZMK grouped by OXER1-low versus OXER1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
