OXCT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXCT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,243 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXCT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXCT1-AS1, ALDH6A1, and NCR3LG1. Each is linked with OXCT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXCT1-to-partner and partner-to-OXCT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXCT1 versus OXCT1-AS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXCT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXCT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
