OXCT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXCT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXCT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR188, RNU6-222P, and SNX3P1Y. Each is linked with OXCT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXCT1-to-partner and partner-to-OXCT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR188 grouped by OXCT1-low versus OXCT1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXCT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXCT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
